This presentation will look at adaptive planning and inter-agency collaboration and how it can be used to plan for uncertainty and industry disruptions. The presentation will outline a multitude of projects happening in the greater Boise metropolitan area to address the uncertainties of COVID-19, build a more resilient system, and create a more customer-focused system. The presentation will also look at how these projects are being accomplished in the greater Boise metropolitan area through an innovative Transportation Management Association approach. Lastly, the presentation will cover lessons learned and how these approaches could be used in other regions.
